Day 1 Arrive in time for lunch at one of the waterfront restaurants in Cardiff Bay. This will be followed by an orientation tour of Wales' capital city, Cardiff. This fascinating tour will combine the old and new including one of the latest additions - the Millennium Stadium, Europe's largest retractable roof arena.Stop off at the Welsh Lovespoon Studio to discover more about this unique Welsh tradition.
This evening you will have a private tour of Cardiff Castle, a Gothic masterpiece located in the centre of Cardiff, followed by a traditional Welsh dinner accompanied by a harpist and choir.
Day 2 The morning begins with a treasure hunt around the Museum of Welsh Life, an open air museum which depicts life and culture in Wales through the ages.Enjoy lunch at Llanerch Vineyard where the award winning Cariad wines are estate bottled. This will of course include a tutored tasting!
At night journey back to 17th century Wales for a candlelit dinner at Llancaiach Fawr. Try out the costumes and be entertained by the staff of the house as they guide you through life in a Tudor home.
Day 3 An early start and transfer to the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park for a multi activity day. Groups compete in a white water rafting, boulder hopping and building challenge which will be interrupted by a hearty pub lunch.
Return to Cardiff for an evening of delicious food in one of the Cafe Quarter's stylish restaurants..
