The 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games will be held at the Kentucky Horse Park, located in Lexington, Kentucky, the heart of the Bluegrass.

ABOUT LEXINGTON
From horses and history to bourbon and bluegrass music, Kentucky's unique heritage and scenic beauty make the Bluegrass State an ideal holiday destination. ABOUT VENUE
The Kentucky Horse Park, the only park in the world dedicated exclusively to the horse, is proud to host the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games in 2010. The Kentucky Horse Park is a working 1,200-acre horse farm, educational theme park, and equine competition facility which welcomes approximately 900,000 visitors and 15,000 competition horses each year to the heart of Kentucky's famous Bluegrass Region. Featuring dozens of different breeds of horses at work and at play, the park showcases the horse in daily equine presentations, horse drawn tours, horseback riding, a movie presentation, and an exciting array of horse shows and special events throughout the year. The Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games 2010 in Kentucky will represent the largest equine sporting event ever held in the United States. This will be the first time that the event will be held outside of Europe.
ABOUT FLIGHTS
We fly to Lexington, Blue Grass Airport - leaving from London Heathrow with a plane change en route in the United States. Located minutes away from the Kentucky Horse Park, host site of the Games, and five miles from downtown Lexington, Blue Grass Airport (LEX), is the Official Airport of the 2010 Games.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS The US Visa Waiver Programme (VWP) allows most British Citizen passport holders to visit the US for up to 90 days. Since 12 January 2009, the US requires all those travelling under the Visa Waiver Programme to provide details online at least 72 hours prior to travel. This is known as an Electronic Travel System Authorisation or ESTA. Therefore, your passport need remain valid only for the duration of your stay in the US.
AIRPORT MEET AND GREET Once you have collected your baggage and cleared customs and immigration you will be met in the arrivals hall by Incentevents representative who has arrange the transfer to the Hyatt Regency Downtown Lexington.
EVENT TRANSFERS Daily transfers from the hotel to the venue. The journey time is approximately 20 minutes, depending on traffic.

LEXINGTON TOUR - Bluegrass and Bourbon
Experience the sights, smells, and tastes of central Kentucky as we take you through the rolling countryside to see the thoroughbred horse farms for which Lexington is known as the Horse Capital of the World. Go behind-the-scenes on a tour at Keeneland Race Course, a National Historic Landmark. Observe the art of bourbon-making practiced much as it was 200 years ago at one of Kentucky’s famous bourbon distilleries and taste the results!
